The mission of VCTLA is to better the civil justice system, the lawyers who serve it, and the community served by it: by promoting professionalism among lawyers, by encouraging, educating, and supporting members, by working with the judiciary, by educating the public about the law, and by protecting both access to the courts and the fundamental right to trial by jury.
