*Speaker: Mark D. Nielsen, Esq., CISLO & THOMAS LLP
The presentation will provide an update and comments on the Apple v. Samsung litigation.
Mark Nielsen has litigated in federal courts throughout the U.S.,including in California, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and elsewhere. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, particularly patent litigation, although Mark has substantial experience litigating trademarks and copyrights, as well. He also has experience prosecuting patents, trademarks, and copyrights before the USPTO. Mr. Nielsen’s litigation practice has covered a wide variety of technologies and subject matter.
Mr. Nielsen obtain his law degree at Loyola Law School, J.D. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Washington, and he graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California, with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. He has co-authored several articles published in scientific journals.
